What’s New for the 2024 Lexus RX 350?
The midsize Lexus RX SUV offers the spacious, well-appointed cabin and stunning style you want in your next vehicle. This two-row model, which broke into its fifth generation in 2023, has only one notable improvement in the 2024 model year. It introduces the RX450h+ to the trim lineup. This plug-in hybrid vehicle is exclusively available with the Luxury features. In the RX 450h+, the SUV combines a four-cylinder engine with three electric motor systems. This is an all-wheel drive system that puts out 304 horsepower.
With the exception of this new trim level, the 2024 Lexus RX is comparable to the 2023 RX. The entry-level RX 350 draws 275 horsepower from a turbo 2.4-liter engine. It features all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission. The 350h has a hybrid 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine with a CVT, and it generates 246 horsepower. There is also an RX 500h with a 366-horsepower, turbo 2.4-liter, hybrid four-cylinder system. It comes with sport-tuned all-wheel drive and a six-speed auto transmission.
The Lexus RX’s engaging look is unchanged between the 2023 and 2024 model years. Its nose is styled with a flared, drop-down grille and hook-shaped chrome accents on the lower fascia. The stunning headlights boast a row of three bulbs underscored by a captivating bolt of LED light. The sides are uniquely styled with a swell that starts on the lower door panels and arches over the rear fenders.
Across the full trim lineup, the 2024 Lexus RX crossover is remarkably outfitted with the latest features and high-end finishes. The base trim, for example, comes with synthetic leather upholstery, a 9.8-inch touch display screen, ambient lighting, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a 12-speaker sound system. Stepping up to higher trim levels, the 2024 RX may also come with a wireless phone charger, parking sensors, driver’s memory functions, perforated leather seats, a heated steering wheel, a 14-inch touch display screen, a head-up display, adaptive cruise control, a blind-spot monitor, lane departure mitigation, safe-exit assist, a hands-free liftgate, a panoramic sunroof, and many additional features.
